Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered in a search form are sent to the third-party service that produces its results. Durham Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we use the message only to respond.
Automatic Information

North Carolina has no single universal data-broker deletion statute identified by this research. A request about information this site retains can be sent through the Contact page. Public records held by government custodians must be corrected or suppressed through that custodian under the applicable law, including North Carolina Public Records Law, Chapter 132.
